Terms of service
1. The service
LifecycleDashboard provides a hosted IT asset lifecycle register for the customer organization named in the engagement agreement (for a government customer, the contract or order under which the service is acquired). Each customer receives a dedicated deployment. Features, limits and support are as described in the engagement agreement; where these terms and the agreement conflict, the agreement prevails.
2. Accounts
The customer's administrators create user accounts. Users must keep credentials confidential; the customer is responsible for activity under its accounts and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
3. Customer data
The customer owns its data and grants us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. The customer is responsible for having the right to enter the data (including names of asset owners). We handle personal data as described in the privacy policy and in a data processing agreement on request.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to gain unauthorized access, to disrupt the service, to probe other customers' deployments, or to use the service for unlawful purposes. Security testing of your own deployment is welcome when coordinated with us in advance.
5. Availability and support
The service is designed for high availability. Service levels are set out in the engagement agreement, and planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
6. Fees
As set out in the engagement agreement.
7. Termination and data return
Either party may terminate as set out in the engagement agreement. On termination the customer may request an export of its data, after which we delete it within 30 days.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
